Our vision
Brew is our second product development agency, founded after spending 6 years building and exiting Makery. Our goal with Makery was to create a company where we would also be happy to work. The recipe was straightforward: we wanted to partner with companies who have positive impact, to build a vibrant community (both internal and external), and to have a strong focus on work-life balance. A simple formula, but it turns out it was quite successful.
Our core values remain unchanged. With Brew, we want to build on this already established foundation, and make it future-proof by adapting it to the industry trends.
With the recent advancements in AI, we believe big shifts are happening to software development. These are re-shaping the entire industry, including product development agencies like Brew. Namely, the following two trends are going to form the way we work:
Companies are looking for problem solvers, instead of platform-specific knowledge. The demand for generalists instead of specialists is continuously increasing.
Soon we will have AI colleagues who we can converse with on Discord, tag in a Linear ticket, or ask for a code review or to cover the weekend for customer service.
We are not there yet, but we we are working towards this vision. We are looking for ambitious team members who believe the same.
Who are we looking for?

Experience With Web Dev
A few years of experience with backend or frontend, or both.
